Once you reserve your date, you’ll receive private access to our Wedding Portal — a calm, organized space with everything you’ll need as you plan. Inside, you’ll find our preferred vendors, local lodging and transportation, venue maps, barn layouts, ceremony notes, timelines, checklists, getting‑ready guides, décor guidelines, and all day‑of logistics. It’s your one place for every resource we provide.

Yes — power access is available at select locations, which works well for musicians, officiants, or small audio needs.
The Wedding Barn

Your rental includes the 4,500 sq. ft. indoor reception barn, round tables + Chiavari chairs, vintage lounge seating, outdoor cocktail bar + silo lounge, on‑site event staff, cake + gift table, and parking with attendants.

You have exclusive access from 10:30am to 11:00pm, giving you plenty of time for setup, celebration, and a smooth end to the evening.
NOTE: Exclusive access is extended with rental of the Farmhouse.

The Barn is designed for comfort throughout the May–October season. While it isn’t fully climate‑controlled, it does include a built‑in air filtration system and heat for cooler days. The space stays naturally breathable with its twenty‑foot barn doors, open‑air flow, and the ability to adjust airflow as needed to keep the environment comfortable for you and your guests.

The venue includes access to the Silo Bar and Outdoor Bar, but bartending staff is not provided. If you’d like to add bar service, please contact us — we can guide you through the options.
The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse sleeps up to 16 guests across 7 bedrooms, giving your closest people a comfortable place to gather, get ready, and settle in for the weekend.

Guests have access to a fully appointed kitchen, dining table for 16+, two additional living rooms, washer + dryer, wireless internet, deck seating, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Towels, bedding, and essentials are also provided.

Yes — the first‑floor bathroom is handicap accessible, and the layout includes multiple living spaces that make moving through the home easy for guests of all ages.
Rates

Rates vary by season:
May–August: the Wedding Barn $7,850; the Wedding Barn + Farmhouse (2 nights) $9,220
September–October: the Wedding Barn $9,300; the Wedding Barn + Farmhouse (2 nights) $10,670
Additional Farmhouse nights are $685/night.

Every booking includes exclusive use of the property, setup access, choice of ceremony location, indoor reception barn, tables + chairs, vintage lounge furniture, on‑site staff, cocktail bar + silo lounge, four indoor restrooms, and parking with attendants.

A $750 damage deposit is due at booking, and Vermont’s 9% Meals & Rooms Tax applies. One‑night Farmhouse stays may be available upon request.

Yes — additional nights at the Farmhouse are available for $685 per night. Many couples choose to add a night before or after their wedding weekend to settle in, host a welcome gathering, or enjoy a slower departure with family and friends.
The extra nights also provide additional exclusive access to the Wedding Barn.
